Was very nice office staff very helpful, especially Shauni. Great location ,easy for Dart riders. Good access to Katy Trail and shopping. New amenities, good size pool.Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Been here at the North Hall MAA for a year and a half now and love being in the heart of Uptown. It is extremly walkable and the staff are very communitive with updates and improvements on the property. I don't have a problem at all with noise or smells from other units (which has been an issue at other properties before) and I feel very safe. Love my home herer at MAA!

Have lived here over a year. Ongoing maintenance issues that are not addressed unless you go up the ladder to the property manager. Even then it is still a gamble if your issue will be addressed or not. Avoid and spend your money on a nicer building. Recent amenity upgrades took way longer than expected and are not worth living in an old, outdated apartment.

I have lived here for almost a year and love everything about the property except the maintenance. The maintenance team takes on average 3-4 days to respond to a request, even if it is an emergency, yes, that even includes water pouring in through the ceiling from your upstairs neighbor's unit. Besides the issues with the maintenance team, the units themselves are the most affordable in the area and are walkable to the trail and the shopping in West Village. The units are updated and have unique layouts.
