As rent prices are getting outrageous MAA North Hall definitely has the best value or bang for your buck! It’s not the nicest or most luxurious but, it serves its purpose of housing solidly.

Doing Okay, but could be better

So far its been okay. I moved in my unit in April 2022. The windows could be updated to block out some of the road noise. The windows are not well insulated. The elevator smells like animal most of the time. It would be nice to have it cleaned and fresh regularly. Other than that, it has been an good experience.

I've been here for 3 years

I've been here for 3 years and I am deciding to move now. These are the reasons I chose not to stay: 1. Noise: if you are anywhere near the bar/restaurant area underneath the complex the noise will keep you up at night and nothing will be done about it. Also, if you are near the alleyway with the bars, you will have the same problem. I haven't been able to sleep in my apartment for sometime now. Also, if you live under someone with cheap flooring you hear everything. If you don't catch the exact moment they make noise, they can't do much about it. 2. Rent hikes: My rent has gone up a couple of times since I have been here (They lowered it once.) My unit has never been updated. I still have problems maintenance never fixed, and the noise doesn't make my unit very worth it. 3. Amenities: they are lackluster. I have never used the pool in the 3 years I have been here because it's too small for the amount of people here and it's trapped in the middle of a courtyard. The printers in the business center never work. The courtyard with the fountain was great until they took the TVs away. 4. Parking: be prepared to either be towed or have your visitors towed multiple times whether or not it is your fault. There are NOT enough visitor spots for the size of the complex the ones on the roof are not convenient and also they have no covering. The businesses get all of the spots and they don't use them all. 5. Other: there's only one call box for the whole side of the complex, no on-site area for animals, and management company only cares about money. I will end with the good parts: 1. The leasing staff (for the most part) are really nice. They often want to help, but are barred by their upper management. Great professional service. 2. Live-in cop is nice to have. 3. Property Location 4. Overall appealing units Summation: Not the worst, not the best. Keep shopping around to find better value.
