My boys and I love it here at Mariner's Village!

I have been living here for 5 years and I will never leave. It is in the best location you could wish for, walking to the beach and can watch the boats in the marina from your deck. The amenities are great and the community is really good for kids and to walk your dog. Very friendly and helpful management and staff that treat you like family. We are from another country and we feel very welcome and supported here, we feel this is our home.

In the short time we've lived here, it already feels like home. The staff is amazing. Maintenance has been timely and accommodating. All around a great experience.

Lived here for two years. The manager is super sweet and she is always making herself available for tenants. It's safe and clean. Study room is very convenient and tenants are really friendly. Management is very accommodating :)

Absolutely love everything here!

I have lived here for 5 months. The leasing team is courteous, responsive and very helpful. Our move was easy and efficient. If you need any thing repaired, it is simple; you submit a ticket on line and the response is immediate. The neighbors are nice and I really appreciate this family oriented community. So happy to be here.

This really is a great place to live! Beautiful neighborhood and the staff has always been extremely nice. Would be nice to have a small gym as an amenity.

Great place to live.

This is my first apartment away from home and so far the experience has been good. The price is a bit high but I am able to share with roommates. Location is GREAT and close to school and shopping. The trash area could be kept a bit cleaner because there is often trash outside of the bins. Overall, I am happy living here.

We’ve lived at The Vista and sitill love it. What we currently love about our apartment is the view of the tiny yellow flowers outside our window. We feel like we live on the prairie! Last but most importantly the staff in the office and maintenance has always been amazing! ??

Best Apartment in Laguna Niguel!

Since last year, me and my family has been having a blast living here. Extremely polite and helpful management and fast maintenance. The vibe and the atmosphere is the best and the parking spots as well as the car garages are convenient well enough. Good community and well maintained place overall. Thank You.

Its been great living here! I enjoy the amenties this community offers. The people that live here are nice. They all seem to mind their own business but they are friendly.

I've lived here for a wonderful 11years and plan on staying along time more. The staff manager Shannon does an exceptional job in all aspects. Stall member always smiling and very friendly and helpful. She does an excellent job of making you feel so comfortable when you enter the office and very accommodating with needs and questions. The maintenance team always complete any repairs and leave everything clean and tidy. The location and grounds make you feel like resort living.

I have lived here almost three years and have loved it. Location to the beach is amazing and I love being able to walk the beach daily as often as I like. whenever I eant.

The staff (Oscar in particular) is exceptional in communicating and resolving anything that might come up. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Apartments are beautifully. renovated. Location is terrific too.

My home for many years! Words can not express how wonderful this complex is ! Kim is kind caring and compassionate! She truly cares for her residents! JJ is amazing he makes a point to wave or say at any point he may see you ! When ever there is a maintenance request he’s always prompt fast efficient and kind. He always follow through to make sure there’s nothing going with it afterwards! Thank you Kim, JJ and the rest of the Creekside Colony staff from making this such a wonderful home for so many years!

Everything has been great so far. The community is quiet and the staff has been great. The location is convenient and definitely like the layout of the unit.

Its a well kept property with plenty of upgrades.

Have lived at this property and I liked that it is close to the 101 freeway. The property manager is accessible and quick to respond to inquiries. They are also friendly and gives thorough and clear explanations. The floor plan I resided in was spacious and had plenty of natural light.

Its close to alot of places to eat and shop. Its very clean apartment complex and everyone is respectful.

Best manager, best maintenance, best amenities, best location, etc etc. Wonderful place to live. I've lived here over 50 years.

Pros: The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The package/mail system is great. Having a pool and gym are nice to have. Cons: The old carpet in the hallways has definitely triggered my asthma. The washers and dryers are inconveniently located and constantly breaking.

Location couldn't be better. Just steps away from every conceivable need: groceries, restaurants, hardware, park, library, pharmacies and entertainment abound! Unfortunately so does noise, both from the street and one's neighbors. And finding parking for friends and family can be nearly impossible. For nonsmokers, the presence of secondhand smoke from neighbors is a real nuisance, as is the dog urine and poop on the surrounding sidewalks. Amenities such as pool and gym are great, but laundry rooms need improvement and it would be nice if free cable Internet and TV were offered. Currently pool gym and community room are closed due to COVID-19, making office staff harder to reach. Maintenance staff are superb -- they do their utmost to keep the old buildings functioning.

When my wife and I first dated, we chose the Valley Plaza Apartments community as our first place to live together. We stayed here for two years before ultimately purchasing a property in Tracy. After two years, we sold our property and moved back to this community because of how much we loved not only the scenic area that this complex provides but also our love for the city of Pleasanton. The entire staff is pleasant. Everything is well-run and decisions seem to be for the benefit of the community. An example of this is the move to centralize all mailboxes to one location *chef's kiss*. To those working at Valley Plaza, thank you all for your great work in keeping our community safe and active.
