Great location, great caretaker, and the only issues I had were usual ones to expect in an older building, things like general wear and inconvenient design of some apts. Maintenance was great and solved our floor issue quickly, even during Covid. Overall a great place to be.
I moved into the Mezz a few months back and could not be happier. The management team has been excellent in all areas. The Mezz offers great amenities and safety at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend checking out this property. You cannot beat the location and the rooftop pool!
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The apartments and common areas are clean. Great location to run and grab food or groceries.

I hope you all have a blessed Easter! This noise and parking is really difficult. Bader’s progressive planning comes with a price for me. I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. Everything has been great so far since moving in a few years ago. The only item that needs some work is in the back right of parking lot. If it rains or snow water accumulates there. They need to fix the drainage.
The Fremont is walkable to the lakes with great restaurants around, right in the heart of Uptown. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are pretty spacious with GREAT kitchens. Only downsides are the uncovered parking lot that doesn't seem to get plowed out very quickly in the winter, and the "fitness center" equipment has been broken for months.

Cost increases from the 1st year to the 2nd year extreme. Older building apparently very expensive to maintain and require replaceing of aging appliances and infrastructure. Amenities are average but their cost to maintain will break your tenants financially over the long term if they are stable tenants. Unsustainable.
I love my apartment and the staff are great. Very accomodating. My only complaint is really they charge too much for garage parking spot.

The area is amazing, the building is good, the property management is really bad. It is very hard to get a hold of people and it is very disorganized.
