Be @ Axon Green
We've resided at Be @ Axon Green for just over two years. The apartment is modern and comfortable, the staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt. It's pretty good value for the location, being so close to the lakes, the Greenway and soon the lightrail. The amenities are top notch - in unit washer/dryer, clean and modern fitness center, pool, sauna, grills and patio area, also the staff does a good job at fostering community engagement with occasional events. The biggest strike against this apartment is the noise from the parking lot - at all hours of the day and night. Unfortunately, these are your neighbors making this noise and despite our complaints to management, there's really nothing you can do to keep people from revving their motorcycles at 3am or having a raucous, alcohol-fueled conversation outside your window when you're trying to sleep. This is incredibly frustrating for those of us who love to leave the windows open. If it weren't for that, Be @ Axon Green would be one of my favorite places I've lived.
Living @ Be
I've lived here for about 6 months and I barely have any complaints. The staff are all very nice, any questions or maintenance needs I have are always addressed promptly. The only complaint would be the potholes in the parking lots but it really isn't that big of an issue for me. Everything is clean!
