Fine

Please do not add any more buildings on our property. Too much traffic, no peace and quiet. Please create a park where residents and people can enjoy some nature and feel the beauty of thelakes area. There isnt any nature or trees left except buildings and renters all over. The lake feeling is getting suffocated with commerce and money changers. Its not beautiful anymore with apartments everywhere. People are moving out of Minneapolis for peace and safety. Its just a mess around there with all the traffic. The EMS people cant get out during rush hour. Ive seen it happen. Theres no where to move to let them out. The fire trucks trying to leave garage honking and honking. Its dangerous.

Parking and Noise

I hope you all have a blessed Easter! This noise and parking is really difficult. Bader’s progressive planning comes with a price for me. I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer.
