I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. Anonymous on Apr 30, 2023The Fremont is walkable to the lakes with great restaurants around, right in the heart of Uptown. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are pretty spacious with GREAT kitchens. Only downsides are the uncovered parking lot that doesn't seem to get plowed out very quickly in the winter, and the "fitness center" equipment has been broken for months.

Maintenance was great and solved our floor issue quickly, even during Covid. Overall a great place to be.

OverviewUpper Post is permanent supportive housing that offers studio and one-bedroom apartments for individuals and two or three-bedroom homes for families with a preference for Veterans who are homeless. Upper Post is partnered with a variety of funding sources such as Housing Support (formerly known as Group Residential Housing), Metro HRA Housing Choice Vouchers, Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) Voucher Program, and HUD CoC Rental Assistance. Each program provides a rental subsidy that allows a Resident to pay approximately 30% of their income towards rent. Applicants for the Housing Support and HUD CoC units are obtained through Coordinated Entry, a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs. Applicants for the VASH units are obtained through the Veterans Administration. Applications can be accepted by Upper Post Property Management office for the Metro HRA Housing Choice Voucher units but the waiting list is closed at this time. Older building apparently very expensive to maintain and require replaceing of aging appliances and infrastructure. Amenities are average but their cost to maintain will break your tenants financially over the long term if they are stable tenants. Unsustainable.
