A great place to live! I have lived here for over four years, the one thing I really enjoy is the diversity within the community and the community events.
Anonymous on Oct 2, 202310/10 would recommend living here if you can afford it. Its a little expensive here but totally worth it.

Close to the river. With good access to recreations. A quiet place to live. In the heart of MPLS but feels like in the suburban. The management is good. The on-site manager is pretty responsive. They turn on heat early and turn it of late!
Shari L. on Jul 4, 2023Management is helpful, building has what you need, good location- convenient to most places in Twin Cities, summer is great here.

Cost increases from the 1st year to the 2nd year extreme. Older building apparently very expensive to maintain and require replaceing of aging appliances and infrastructure. Amenities are average but their cost to maintain will break your tenants financially over the long term if they are stable tenants. Unsustainable.
Anonymous on Mar 2, 2022I love my apartment and the staff are great. Very accomodating. My only complaint is really they charge too much for garage parking spot.
