Parking garage has been broken forever making it difficult for guests to park and I pay too much in rent to not be able to have people over without causing them an inconvenience (no way the first floor of “guest parking” with 10 spots is enough for a building of 20 floors) Also, the printout in the elevator was better before it showed events in the cities instead of just virtual events you offer. We already get those on email and it’s in the elevator twice

Moved here in the middle of winter, and have enjoyed my time. The amenities are nice, the hot ruplb is perfect for winter and the pool is great for summer, the gym doesent have everything but does have the basics. Happy i chose the nic on fifth.

Nic on Fifth is at prime location, with lots of transportation stops right around the corner; grocery, library, medical practices, etc. within 10-mins walk, parks and the Mississippi River within 20-mins walk; great city view, the staffs is so nice that they makes living here so much easier; even surrounded by urban environment, Nic on Fifth is very quiet, the olny sound that appears in the background from time to time is the light rail and traffic in the distance. It’s a great place for someone who is starting a life in Minneapolis.

My view is amazing. Several things i asked to be fixed were not fixed when requested and just closed the case. I pay 6000 a month and i dont feel like i am living in a place that's worth it sadly. The rent i pay only 2% of the entire country pays. So when i ask for the ac to be fixed over and over and over and for the cabinets to be fixed of all the scratches and i feel like those things are not being addressed the way they should be its sad. The fact that i live in a penthouse and pay this much, i dont have any extra amenities, i have to use the same elevator every other floor uses, causing very long waits. Again the view is amazing but the amenities and the treatment you get for what your are paying dont match up.
