Maria and Zach were so wonderful when I needed help with the move-in and move-out process! I had to get my bike out of the storage, and I did not have my bike lock key. They helped me by staying late and getting the bike unlocked! The Asher is a very nice apartment complex with a wonderful all-year pool, nice residents, and Maria and Zach, the Asher management team, really cares!

Personally, I have given the city life a chance with school and work being a certain distance away. Although I like the peace and quiet of rural living, The Asher has been quite the pleasant surprise. Its proximity to everything one might need is first class in convenience. Its location of course inherits things like traffic and construction but everything is run efficiently, it is surprisingly safe, the residents are friendly and sociable, the amentities are consistently clean and convenient, and all the electronic communication is user friendly. This place holds true to its values, is per friendly, hosts extremely efficient events where the taylored perfectly for residents (introverts included) maintains its qualities of luxury yet still feels like home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good residential experience to give The Asher a shot and be surprised with the rest of us at what it has to offer!

I've lived here for eight months. My experience with living here has been very positive. Noise levels have been low, staff has been accommodating, and my apartment is very comfortable.
