Wonderful building!!!

My husband and I and our little one have lived here for almost 1 and half, we absolutely love the staff we love the location. I don’t have much to complain about. Parking can be a deal breaker if you are used to garage parking readily available and though that’s the only bad thing you’ll see about the building what so ever. I don’t have much to complain about.. James and Kaitlyn are amazing humans. They are young they are progressive… they get situations people get in and have solutions. Very understanding of something is broken or if they need to help out with moving arrangements! We are moving to a townhouse coming up because we don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! I’m super blessed to have found this building! These two are top notch thank you for always being very kind!

I have had nothing to complain about. The staff (especially Kaitlynn) have been so helpful, thoughtful, patient and kind. It is so quiet and also pet friendly. I love living here!!

Not responsive to handicap requests

While the location is fantastic the support staff is great the Manager does a poor job of maintaining the building inside and out, poor job of enforcing rules such as no smoking, quiet hours and parking, including the underground lot and is not quick to respond to residence inquiries. If you are handicapped or need accommodations he is not the Manager to deal with. I am not the only one who found it difficult. My accommodation request took over a year to get resolved and that only happened due to my going to upper management.
