I adore living at Buzza! The apartments are so beautiful and spacious. I really love the convenience of having my own washer and dryer in unit. I have wonderful neighbors and the staff here are some of the most sweetest and hardworking people I have ever met ?? ??????. Well done ??
I love living here! The only thing that makes me a bit uncomfortable is the amount of homeless people sleeping in entrance ways and leaving trash everywhere. I feel bad for the people that work so hard to keep everything clean and nice for the residents. It's an issue not just at this location. It happened a ton where I lived before. With it being cold I think it will be an ongoing issue.. I live by myself, so it can be a bit scary coming home from work or embarrassing when I have my mother come for visits. I do really love everything else and have no other issues. Just wondering if the entrances can be more secure on the outside...

I have lived here in a 2 bedroom apartment since the Gateway opened about one year ago. The property is well maintained, clean and has nice amenities. It's been quiet and the staff are responsive to any request I have made.
I am relocating back to the area after a short time outside of the metro area. Colleen was an exceptional leasing agent that went above and beyond to help select the perfect unit!

It is a very cool place to live. No noise, it is a safe place, management are very nice, the parking lot is big enough for cars.
The location is great and is not very close to downtown Minneapolis, close to the main highway to the airport and the mall of America.

I hope you all have a blessed Easter! This noise and parking is really difficult. Bader’s progressive planning comes with a price for me. I know none of you is responsible and your fielding the difficulty I am experiencing but the noise starts extremely early and it is loud. It’s Summer and I have to keep the windows closed??. Walking across the street and not being able to park on my own property due to wanting 100.00 off because I am not getting what I actually signed up for doesn’t seem fair and reasonable. It makes me feel disappointed. I should be able to get 100.00 off my rent and be able to park on my property so I feel safe at least, for all the inconvenience going forward for a long summer. Sincerely, Michele Wilen.
The staff and location are the best! Beautiful building architecture.

I have lived here for only a month and it has been great. I love the high ceilings and large windows. Chill neighbors and good central location for biking, bussing, and walking.
I have lived here for 2+ decades, primarily due to the close proximity to schools downtown, the park just a block away and the short walk to bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, despite being downtown; but I've noticed that the relative quiet has noticeably increased since George Floyd's death and the subsequent uprising. As far as the building is concerned, I've only experienced a couple issues - once in the early oughts, when a tenant on the 3rd floor let water leak through the 2nd floor and ultimately to my apartment on the 1st floor; and the second incident occurred a few years ago, when the building water heater had a valve stuck open (I believe), which caused leaking issues in the radiators. The tenants are generally quiet and respectful, which is all I ask. I don't even care if they're quiet, actually. As long as the tenants don't burn the building down, flood it or are putting others in the building in danger via illegal activity, I don't care what folks do; so I'm generally pretty happy with my experience. I'd say new management is much more professional and responsive to any concerns, though. And Ben O., one of the maintenance people, is a really helpful and kind person. I'd give him a raise in his salary, if I could.

Everything has been great so far since moving in a few years ago. The only item that needs some work is in the back right of parking lot. If it rains or snow water accumulates there. They need to fix the drainage.
The Fremont is walkable to the lakes with great restaurants around, right in the heart of Uptown. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the apartments are pretty spacious with GREAT kitchens. Only downsides are the uncovered parking lot that doesn't seem to get plowed out very quickly in the winter, and the "fitness center" equipment has been broken for months.

I moved into the Mezz a few months back and could not be happier. The management team has been excellent in all areas. The Mezz offers great amenities and safety at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend checking out this property. You cannot beat the location and the rooftop pool!
