Great location in the Twin Cities, if you like living within walking distance of quiet lake parks, Midtown Greenway, and enjoy a pet friendly apartment. The location is a great place for health-conscientious individuals who love biking or taking their pet for a morning run. The apartment complex was built in 1970 and no one kept up on any maintenance or upgrades. As a result, there are constant issues with plumbing, doors, elevators, fire alarms going off for no reason, kitchen cabinets, etc. The parking offered does not offer any electric car charging, not even a simple 120V outlet. The management is quite lax on people smoking in their units and common area, and it even says so in the lease contract; despite multiple complaints, this was not addressed properly, so if you are not okay with secondhand smoke, read the lease contract carefully and don't choose this place.
