Some other types of caged pets such as hamsters, birds, reptiles, turtles, and fish are allowed. Tropical fish must be limited to a 20-gallon tank. The max number allowed and pet fees apply only for cats and dogs; the max number allowed and pet fees do not apply for other types of pets. Our community is pet friendly, and certified service dogs are allowed.
