Cheap Apartments for Rent in Dallas County, TX

I’m a new resident and so far everything is great.

The only issue which I faced was people were not cleaning after their pets and poop was visible on the property.

Very nice quite safe place, maintenance are on point and never had too many issues this is our 4ht year and we love the complex, the staff super friendly 5/5

Had a wonderful stay here. Left because I needed more rooms. The staff were wonderful and very understanding, they made us feel welcome.

I knew I wanted to remain in the 75038 zip area, and that helped me consider options close to my routine and route. This complex is nestled behind the city's animal care shelter and a mix of other similar apartment complexes. From the first night to present, 2 months in, it has been quiet during the day and night. This is a working-class environment where property is protected and respected. The staff addresses concerns immediately and so far, so good. Parking is open, no assigned spots, but the place is not overcrowded where parking is abundant. Staff members Virginia Lopez, Ruth, and Lauren are attentive and kind. And I believe everyone will have a positive experience living here at Estelle Creek North. I love my first floor plan and shared entry. When I see neighbors, it is when they are walking the dog, taking out the trash, or just going to their vehicle. The property is cleaned and well maintained on a daily basis. And all of the front doors and entranceways have been painted and upgraded last month. No issue with water shortages or outages either!!

five out of five isn't easy to say coming from out of state the staff was very kind and easy to apply with and worked with me for my best deal. i love the location personally it's so easy to get to and I've so much around me parking is open always in front of my home its been very quiet i defiantly am getting my fair price i was looking for glad to be here

It is wonderful. I enjoy liiving here. Ive stayed here awhile and ive had no problems with anyone. The matinance is quick to come do their repairs and are very helpful. The residents are very nice and helpful. This is a good community and you really should consider coming and joining us here. Make our community yours You would love the office staff they are very understanding and helpful.

My stay here was nice. Maintenance always came out in a timely fashion to fix any issues. The only thing I was a little pressed about is the one time my a/c went out and it was over 100 degrees outside. They could not get it replaced over the weekend and I understand that. However I became very upset when I purchased my own fans and it did not help much. The apartments stated they only had 1 portable unit and it was being used. I think with a complex as large as this one there should always be a minimum of at least 10 portable units for when these type of issues arise. Other than that, very reasonable price and conveniently located near everything! I have certainly enjoyed my stay.

Mark and Fabiola really go out of their way to keep up with everything here and they are both very personable and professional, as is my experience. The complex is kept clean, and maintenance is quick and efficient with repairs. I have lived here for quite a few years and couldn't ask for a better place.

I have been a resident here since June 2023, and I love it. This area is very close to the highways, short drives to all the major cities. The grounds are always kept clean. The staff in the office are always friendly and punctual. The pricing here is impeccable!!!
