Great Place, Disappointed with Fees
Today is the day that I’ve finally been presented with something to complain about. I have been renting for 18 years and I’ve NEVER experienced this problem. I have been late by a day or so with rent 3x out of my rental history and never have I been told that there is no grace period and its an automatic 10% charge. My puppy came down with pneumonia this weekend, so of course I had to foot $1700 for her care. Today I logged in to pay $1300 of the $1700 rent and proceeded to call and ask if I can have an extension until the morning of 4th (mind you, they give up until the 3rd) to submit the remaining $400, as my check doesnt post until midnight. I was told that no matter what I would be charged an extra 10%. I get that there are rules, but I have never known an apartment to charge for the first time being late with rent. This may be something to consider for some because UNFORTUNATELY LIFE HAPPENS and not all unforseeable circumstances should come with penalty.

not that good apartment
The elevator is often broken, it takes about one or two months after the break before someone comes to repair, the parking space is very tight, the staff service is still good, and what questions are answered, but if something is broken you need to spend money to buy it, manual installation is free
