Amazing staff

I moved to Block 24 in May and have loved my experience so far. Michaelene Johnson was the leasing agent who made my move possible, and I am thankful for the kindness and communication I received while processing my application. The property is fantastic, but it's the helpfulness of Michaelene and staff that make Block 24 stand out.

Homey. Central. Rare find.

Y'all. This apartment complex is exactly what all the new apartments could never be. You can tell these homes where built to last, and they are so homey and cozy. Every time I walk into the front office, or call with a request, the office staff are so attentive and welcoming. They are on top of knocking out work orders, and are always happy to work around you schedule. The community is strong and established. The property is kept clean and beautiful, with mature trees and seating areas ample. If you are looking for a cozy apartment, with great management in a central location, look no further.

Great Location and Property!

I have lived at Block 24 for a year now and it is a very well-kept community and excellent staff. The floorplan I live in is great. It is in the back of the property and feels like a small home. Lots of extras like a desk area and in the kitchen, I can hang my pots. It is a great kitchen—lots of counter space if you like to cook. I highly recommend living at Block!
