Canova Palms Apartment Review

100 percent better than regular apartment living noise is down parking is awesome no loud music smoking or stepping in animal poop outside, staff is fantastic activities for seniors to do and the apartments are nice should have put in handicap toilet stools a lot of us seniors have a problem getting up and down from the low stool, but overall good job. Recommending you guys to all my senior friends.

This property Is only one year old. So right now all is very good: cleanliness and property management and maintenance staff. However, I have noticed some potential cosmetic concerns that unless they are always maintained, (parking lot and hallways just to name a few) could be a problem in the future. On a personal note, the neighbor above me moved in after losing her husband, so I justified and tolerated all the noise she made for about 9 months. But she's gotten worse, now she's a big problem. Other than my inconsiderate neighbor above me, I have no complaints.
