I Love this Place! It is generally quiet and very low risk of criminal activity. The only thing about the parking is that there is no specified "guest parking" and we have to register each car that is here past 7PM. It's a little cumbersome not that big a deal. When it's time to renew my lease, I will definitely look into upgrading to a larger, Possibly 2 bedroom apartment on the bottom level. I sometimes like to pay my rent early but there is no way to pay it until the bill is posted on Rent Cafe. That's kinda different.

I knew I wanted to remain in the 75038 zip area, and that helped me consider options close to my routine and route. This complex is nestled behind the city's animal care shelter and a mix of other similar apartment complexes. From the first night to present, 2 months in, it has been quiet during the day and night. This is a working-class environment where property is protected and respected. The staff addresses concerns immediately and so far, so good. Parking is open, no assigned spots, but the place is not overcrowded where parking is abundant. Staff members Virginia Lopez, Ruth, and Lauren are attentive and kind. And I believe everyone will have a positive experience living here at Estelle Creek North. I love my first floor plan and shared entry. When I see neighbors, it is when they are walking the dog, taking out the trash, or just going to their vehicle. The property is cleaned and well maintained on a daily basis. And all of the front doors and entranceways have been painted and upgraded last month. No issue with water shortages or outages either!!

five out of five isn't easy to say coming from out of state the staff was very kind and easy to apply with and worked with me for my best deal. i love the location personally it's so easy to get to and I've so much around me parking is open always in front of my home its been very quiet i defiantly am getting my fair price i was looking for glad to be here
