Best Place in Dallas

I have been at PCA for 1 year and just renewed my lease because is is AMAZING here. The office staff is very friendly, they know your name and apartment # whenever you walk in, and keep you informed of anything happening. The maintenance crew is quick to respond, I have never gone more than 2 days without a request being completed. The price is outstanding, considering they are well kept and mine looks brand new. Location: walkable to Walmart, DART, and shops.

I don't like being negative but...

I have lived here a year and a half. We are constantly having issues with the management refusing to communicate with us. Don't expect your phone calls or emails to get answered!

It's a good place to leave.

It's a good place to leave, the neighborhood is quiet and you are close by shops and malls. As the place changes the management staff very often when you put a request it's not complete.

I’ve been here for 2 years now. The ladies in the office are very nice and understanding. They work with you on everything the best they can. These apartments are the best ones on Melody Lane. Quiet, and nice community!
