I have lived here for 3 years, I have had a total of two maintenance issues, and I can say overall living here is a decent experience! The parking lot space is insufficient and there can be noise at night, but I've come to enjoy being here.

The staff is nice. The amenities (pool/ grilling area lounge are, courtyard) is a cool perk. Each set of neighbors that have lived above me have been beyond loud from parties to constant running, stomping, and bumping at all hours of the night. Anytime that an attempt at addressing the situation occurs, it’s met with negativity/ hostility (staff doesn’t help to address the situation either). Comfort here has been depleting.
