Improvement needs on security gates.

Expectations are much better than last few months, the noise has reduced, only improvement is needed is better security gates and entrance. Transients are entering the area and trashing the bins.

Noisy Neighbors, and smoking inside apartment area

Everything is very neatly organized, very happy with response from Management team, just have very noisy neighbors from upstairs and across the hallway when they are at their place and also noisy guests from across from me. Hopefully they will move on soon. Love my space and bathroom and cooking areas. Very clean space. and Apartment areas.

Lowish rent/has fixable issues

Repairs sometimes take a long time at this property. Excessive noise/partying from Airbnb guests is a major issue, especially on the weekends. The fire alarms go off a lot more frequently than they should.
