High price for location only

Maintenance could be better/more on top of things or apartment features could be made less cheaply to limit need of maintenance. For how expensive rent is it is surprising how cheap the apartment’s interiors are.

Great Location. Inadequate Management

Circa Green Lake Apartments are a great location to live, BUT the corporate management of amenities and maintenance is less than comparable nearby apartments. Cushman & Wakefield, for the most part, is untimely in response to resident's requests for maintenance. The elevators regularly breakdown preventing disabled residents easy egress from their apartments to the lobby and one resident lack in a power chair lack of roof access fro 4 months. They promote having WiFi in the community areas but we have had not access on the roof, in the gym or the community room in over two years. There is a fairly nice gym, but it lacks a rowing machine. The buildings are within walking distance of Green Lake and all the services you might possibly need. One big caveat is the double digit rent increases two years after you have created a home. You will probably find your rent increased > 10% and potentially qualifying for the Economic Displacement Relocation Assistance program (EDRA) to help you pay to move to new housing.

Circa Green Lake Review

The past year has been wonderful. The apartment complex has dramatically increased in staffing. I have little to no noise from neighbors and the location can't be beat.
