Best apartment ever

Circa Greenlake has been perfect for me! The area is very walkable and there's a sense of community within the apartment. I'm worried I'm the loud neighbor because I can't hear a peep. Amenities are great - Full weight room and a view from the roof you can't beat. I had a few issues in moving in and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and felt good moving into my new place.

Circa Green Lake

I live at Circa Green Lake, and have been here for almost 6 months now. The location cannot be beat; the staf is friendly and capable. Rent pricing is reasonable (but not cheap). I have a wonderful territorial view and I can walk to everything. Parking is secure and plentiful. While there are occasional mainenance issues (re: elevators), they are getting better at fixing them quickly. Recycling rooms predictably fill up fast, but that too is getting better. I plan on staying here for several years if things work out for me. Check it out!

While rent pricing is reasonable, the wonderful territorial view and the convenience of walking to everything make it worth it. They are annoying.

Dont really think that these are important only to a corporate person or persons that want to impress someone above them the most criitcal factor is spend money on maintaing the property in superior condition paint tepair rust landscaping and electrical the second is to have top notoch customer service the third is to not insist on a lengthy response that has a set limit of words when in reality the person just wants to pay rent and get on with life

Poor place to live and pay so much besides the location

Lived here 5 years and it has gone downhill in every way each year. This is the worse, most rude management we have every had and I am hoping to move out when my lease is up due to the rundown facility and all of the problems of management.
