After being a home owner of 26 years, I was pleasantly surprised by how happy I would be transitioning into apartment life. Maris has exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff here is phenomenal. The amennities are fantastic and I absolutely love being here!

I have been here for almost a year. All of my neighbors have been super friendly, the area is fairly quiet outside, and the studio apartment is just the right size for me. It has beautiful new appliances in the unit: refrigerator, washer/dryer, microwave, and dishwasher. However, my neighbor that moved in several months ago isn't the quietest; I can often hear thumping at all hours, a ball being thrown repeatedly late at night, etc. I feel bad for the downstairs neighbor because if I can hear it, I can only imagine what they're going through.

I love this apartment. The location is so convenient as its right next to all the grocery stores and bus stops you need to get around. The lounge and office areas are comfortable and the gym is fairly well stocked. I like how even though the property is near a fire station, the noise level is nice and low. I can’t really hear my neighbors either so both inside and outside noises tend to be pretty muted. All in all its great so far. There are also tons of dog and cat owners in the building so its great for those of us who love animals!
