Still here so....

Move in 2020. There's been issues here and there. Especially with noise and weirdo neighbors (just being honest). And SOME of the maintenance staff and security are a little creepy. (That's my experience anyway). But maintenance is awesome when it comes to work orders and repairs. (Like Instantaneous) I have never had to wait more than 24 hour for another repairs. I've lived a lot of places and never experienced that) They keep the environment clean (to the best of there ability) and cute. There is a Roof with with a hot tub and decent exercise room and community room. They also have a lot of community events.

Love it here!

I love it here! I had a car accident as a kid so I don't drive, the locations is perfect! Front Station, not in the city but just a light rail away from it! Safeway is across the street (not the best quality) but just one station down Columbia city and another stop QFC so plenty of options. It's on the bus route to West Seattle/Alki Beach and Seaward Park. If the Park front building is not good because you have dogs, 15 min bus it leave you front Genesee Dog Park! Staff Awesome! Every-time something was wrong maintenance without attitude but only understanding were right there to fix it. Single male I had a heart attack recently and staff was just terrific helping out on letting people getting in and out to care for my dogs. I love it here! I just wish the rent wouldn't increase because I wouldn't like to leave.

Good almost 3 years here

I have been living at The Station at Othello since 2020 and so far I really enjoy the building and amenities. The building is pretty quiet, I take full advantage of the amenities, specifically Lounge and Gym, the maintenance people are amazing and always extremely fast with all requests. Down side is the office has a big rotation of employees and this makes communication tricky sometimes, and also the bathroom by the rooftop/Hot Tub have been out of service since I moved in, before was due to Covid but now all amenities are back but that one, which is inconvenient when you are using the roof/hot tub

Noisy, but convenient

I've lived on the park side of this property for a number of years. The major sources of noise vary, but the units facing the courtyard are subject to echoing from whatever goes on outside. Sometimes the noises are innocuous; you might even find it pleasant to hear the joyous shouts of children playing. Other times the noises are salacious, as deadbeat roommates are periodically ejected from their various situations. Lately the noise is asinine, as one person very upset about politics feels the need to remind us all about their desire for answers regarding Joe Biden, punctuating their profanity-laced calls for inquiry and celebration of congressional oversight with loud slamming, stomping, and banging between 11PM and 7AM. The apartment managers seem to accept political shouting as somehow protected, and leave this individual alone. The park-side of the building has two elevators, and there are long stretches there one or the other is down, but rarely both. Maintenance of individual units is prompt and competent, and when an emergency affected this side of the building managers took swift action to mitigate damage. The best thing about living here is the location. I couldn't think of living in Seattle without access to the light rail, and -- as the name implies -- The Station has excellent access. Many services are also available within short walking distance, and the walks to Columbia City or Lake Washington are invigorating.
