Deliveries keep getting lost; always getting "there was no one to receive the parcel" message. Transition from the previous management was not smooth. They didn't have my phone number of e-mail address on file after the transition, for example. After over half an year I'm getting a notice that they need a renter's insurance that I bought last April. Did they not have it on file and notice it till now?

Walls and floors are not noise-proof

I have lived in five different apartments buildings in numerous states before this residence in Seattle, and I can say this is one of the loudest. I can hear my neighbor yelling at her significant other in her bedroom at night and it keeps me up. My upstairs neighbors are either constantly stomping around and moving furniture, or I am also capable of hearing their every move and it is very disturbing late in the evenings as I am an early rise with a demanding job. Everything else about the building and my apartment are great.
