Great Location - Needs updates

I've lived here five years and seen South Lake Union change a lot. The area is convenient and safe. The leasing staff has had significant turnover, but the team they have now is excellent. My grievances would be mostly with the amenity areas. TV's are out for extended periods of time--like broken for over two years. The fitness center equipment is outdated and the air conditioning has been out for a few months. The building should prioritize modernizing these spaces because they face competition with new apartment buildings rising so fast.
