Pros: * Good location (short walk to capitol hill) * Relatively quiet neighborhood * Amenities: Parking Garage, Excellent rooftop, gym * Maintenance team is super helpful and responsive * Reasonably priced Cons: * Can be a little noisy and bright at night with "pill hill" hospitals across the street * No AC, community room is old, gym is small * Management staff have lots of rules and can be rude (building recently acquired by Greystar) Overall a great value choice for quiet-er living close to capitol hill.

I lived for only a month but the staff has been so kind and helpful during the entire move in process. The apartment is great and lower rent than many properties in the area.
