Great Staff

The staff here are amazing!! Gabe and Shannon are two great people if you ever need anything they go out there way to ensure your needs are met!! No questions asked. They have always made me feel right at home. Shannon always makes the grounds around here look nice and squeaky clean. Gabe always greets you with a smile when you walk through the office door! I would highly recommend Row on Third apartments. There is one thing I would change about this place and that would be is to have a swimming pool. If they had a swimming pool I would be in it 24 seven! Thanks for everything Shannon and Gabe your the best!!

A solid place to live

First moved in here because they had good move in specials and a cheap price for the area, plus it was decently close to the the northgate station. The bathrooms are a little odd, with no bathtub and a smaller toilet, but everything works so no complaints. The fire alarms seem especially sensitive, sometimes they go off just due to hot air from the oven, even when there's no smoke. Can be annoying to hear the fire alarm every time you cook something on 450 or higher.

Love it, too pricey tho

Ive been here for almost 20 months and will stay for another 10 or so...it was a renovated old folks home and is quite nice but corners were cut in the remodel, so don-t be surprised when you find thin layers of paint and outlets that are poorly wired, etc.

Overall Good Option

Overall a good living experience. Management has seen a lot of turnover (like five managers) during our year and a half year, which leads to some consistency and communication issues, but the staff (leasing, maintenance, etc) that has remained are always extremely friendly and work to make the complex a good place to live. There can be some issues with people at the park across the street, but overall a safe place. Very dog-friendly and easily one of the cleanest places I've lived in. Maintenance and cleaning staff clean all common areas, hallways, and walkways daily and ensure that it stays in great shape. There are a large number of inspections and drills for an apartment complex (which can be frustrating if you have pets or work from home). Overall, a really good place to live and much safer/cleaner than many other options in Seattle.
