Would NOT recommend moving into this apartment at this time (May 2026). Due to the recent management change within the past 6-9 months, the buildings priorities have been modernizing the decor instead of prioritizing the needs of current tenants. The lobby, entertainment spaces, and gym are currently unusable for an unknown period of time. The garbage rooms throughout the building are neglected and nasty, leaving a trash odor in common spaces. There is no AC in this building so the back door in the lobby has been propped open, allowing for the strong foul odor of dog urine and feces to fill the lobby from the small pet relief area in the alley way. Flooring and appliances are outdated in most units. The maintanence team is the slowest and least communicative I’ve ever experienced living in an apartment. The rooftop is very flawed in design and has dangerous holes in the flooring where management has placed traffic cones as a temporary solution. This building has an amazing location and potential to be so great if management focuses on current tenant experience instead of paint color and landscaping outside. You don’t have to take my word for it, schedule a tour and enjoy the plywood covered lobby, plastic covered party room, empty fitness center, and stinky hallways. Unless you’re getting AT LEAST 8 weeks free at this building, I do not recommend signing a lease at this time.

Been staying here for over a year and after change of management deteriorating experience, maintainance requests take months to fulfill, bad customer service, trash chutes filed

Good place for the price point. Dog turf could be kept cleaner, and packages are often stolen however.
