El apartamento es bueno, lo unico malo q le veo es que no tiene aire acondicionado, lps costos de utilidades son muy de alto costo, hay algunos vecinos ruidosos que no cumplen con las polizas de inquilino de no hacer ruido a ciertas horas de la noche o de la mañana,

I used to love living here. Management cant even do basic paperwork anymore. Im not even on a current lease untul august. My lease ended in january and theg straight up tried to forge my agreement and increase my rent without telling me or giving me *any* written notice. And im STILL not on a lease???? And they never gave me the concession for renewing bc tbey wont even let me renew?! Jeez you guys.

NO amenities, the hot water is always broken, there's always loitering people camping in the lobby & walking the hallways. Our Trash shoot is consistently overflowing, The roof amenity has no roof so its useless during the rainy season.. Filthy elevators on the weekends & after 5.. It's really just a mess, honestly.
