Bad amenities

The pool is only open for maybe 3 months of the year. But the BBQ pit and fire pit (which are both amenities) are both near the pool, so we cant use either of them during the other 9 months when the gate is locked. Whats the point of a fire pit of we cant use it in the winter? The water splash park never works, and half of the gym equipment is usually broken.
