Review

Staff is difficult to get in touch with by phone. Have to put in multiple maintenance requests for the same problem to get it addressed.

Love the area and company few changes would be nice other than that no issue changes as far as upgrades with being in the apartment so long ??

Decent Neighborhood, Above Curve Pricing

It's been a nice year at this property. Staff are super helpful and patient, but communication is spotty on resolving complaints via voicemail or last minute notices from maintenance. Definitely a sense of community between neighbors, but I haven't made any connections. Parking can be generous around the back of the complex, but I worry about the trees during winter. Would be nice if they pressure wash the exterior stairs because it can be dirtied by liquid spills or trash. Occasional weekly events for food trucks, but I would like to see more events that are not so food-heavy.

The Good and Bad

Gates haven't worked and haven't been repaired since I moved in a year ago despite promises to repair. If you live on the Renner Road side of the property the noise can be overwhelming, get an inside apartment. Make certain the apartment you agree to rent is actually available, don't settle for what you didn't want especially if what you wanted was an apartment with a garage, parking can be difficult, especially during the winter. Sometimes maintenance is great, other times it can take a little bit. The maintenance crew is great, it is just the time it takes. Overall, not the worst, but don't let the 'Luxury" apartment dwelling sway you, they are not by a long shot.
