3 years of going down hill

iI've lived at the property for 3 years and each year just gets worse. The office staff and maintenance has changed and the quality of the service has too. No one is willing to help you on the spot. It's always we check lockers once a month, so if you can't find your packages, sorry about your luck (I've had 6 lost in a matter of a month). Parking is a nightmare after 7 o'clock. There are vehicles that haven't moved in months and are covered in dust and nothings been done about them. Animal feces everywhere outside, residents don't clean up after their pets, management doesn't clean it up, nor do they do anything to incentivize people besides sent an email. Trash rooms are atrocious and unacceptable. You either can't open or shut the door because of trash piled up. It's so bad on some floors theres liquids secreting from under the door. There's never accountability on management to make things right, they just say sorry and we'll get to it. The gym is falling apart. It's never clean. The cleaning service doesn't do anything. We used to get cold water in the fridge, haven't seen that in 2 years. The grills never work or are always out of gas. And this place charges luxury prices! This is not luxury.

I love my apartment at Vantage at Spring Creek. The gym is really nice and we have a large pool. Noise level isn’t too bad at night either!

I have been living in Vantage at Spring Creek for 2 years and tried searching other places too for leasing , but couldn't get the better place !!! Thanks for making our stay comfortable all along.
