The parking garage turns are really tight and people go way too fast. That's not really anything the staff can do, and they do send out reminders to slow down. Everything else is really nice.

Currently, the 2 major elevators are broken on all floors. The parking garage one has been broken for months, and now the bldg 2 indoor one is broken. Apparently Vantage missed the annnual inspection that was due in Jan (4 months ago). The office also closed off the 24/7 printer (paid by our amenity fees) in a construction area instead of relocating it temporarily for resident use. Why waste money on social events and “prizes” when basic things are not funded for timely repairs? The maintenance team has been great with in-unit repairs. The cleaners are wonderful. The gym is a positive as well.

Hi. I recently signed a lease with vantage and as far as i know its been a good experience. The apartmenfs are soacious and reasonably priced. They have solid amenities as well and a parking garage.
