From the moment I called to make an inquiry ... through all the questions and paperwork ... through all the move-in stress ... through this first week of my residency at the Vantage ... the staff has been so selfless and helpful. They are quick to respond and very knowledgeable, as well as kind and accommodating. 5-star staff.

shitty build and over charged

Squeeze every dime out of us during a pandemic and record job loss. Corporate America is disgusting also charging for amenities that we could not use during that time

Nice overall - don't rent along garage side

Walls are a bit thinner than anticipated and can hear a bit more than expected, especially coming from garage at all times of the day. And even-though I am on the top floor, it still sounds like there are people above me at times. In addition, the garage is tight around the bends and have almost been hit twice. Besides these two items, every thing else is good here.

A mixed bag...

I've lived here a year and a half now, and there are some great things about this place and some not so great things. The office staff are pretty cool and responsive (though they change a lot), and the amenities are good, when idiots aren't trashing them. The main complaints I have are that people are ridiculously noisy- revving engines in the parking garage at all hours, shouting and shrieking like fools in the hallways- and the price on everything from rent to parking spaces has gone up, as well as an "amenity charge" that wasn't there the first time around. Things do get fixed pretty quickly and the location is great, with City Line right around the corner and a great nature preserve to walk in. Way too many people park in the garage that have no right being there, though management does send out warnings and stickers people. They really need to start towing these jerks instead of just threatening, though. So yeah, all in all, I'm pretty satisfied, but the quality of the residents isn't quite up to par for what I'm paying.
