There is significant noise coming from the floor above. People are talking loudly outside the apartment late at night.

CONS: I have zero confidence in the front office to resolve issues between apartments. The new neighbor upstairs allows their dogs to run everywhere and as a result they run after them at all hours of the day/night. Complaints were brought to front office but little to no actions were taken. If anything, the neighbors now feel more confidence to make as much noise as possible. Other things to mention is that there is a lot of personnel swaps within the front office so they do not have a vested interest in each individual property. Additionally, a new apartment building is being built nearby with construction starting 8:00AM each morning. PROS: The maintenance staff is excellent and the place is a decent value for your money. Facilities are kept clean and amenities are good. However, this place has gone downhill since I've joined and would not recommend for new residents based on the recent drops on property values across DFW. The front office is toothless and their tone hostile. It just seems like they do not want to deal with these types of issues and would rather sweep them under the rug. There are just better options in my opinion as property values have recently started to fall.
