Poer Service

Bell Cityline changed the package delivery service to some third party company called fetch, without resident consent. This fetch company is extremely poor: I asked them to deliver my package at 8pm but they kept delivering at 4pm, (and the do not have the option to skip the signature procedure so I have to be present to sign the package if I what to get my stuff!) when I am still at work and cannot be at my apartment. I ended up having to pickup one of my urgent package at the warehouse, and encountered a conflict with fetch staff and caused myself to bleed. I don’t know why Bell Cityline changed the delivery service without resident consent. Not living here next year and I would recommend Bell Cityline to no one.
