General Overview
WATER: My biggest complaint is that 2-3 days per week we do not have water. My family works and goes to school from home, we are here 24/7 with no ability to drink water unless we pay for bottled water out of pocket, no ability to flush toilets, or take showers, and sometimes service is restored so late that we can't even cook. MANAGEMENT: In the last 15 months, we have had at least 3 different property management companies. There is little or no communication as these changes happen. AMENITIES: The gym equipment has been broken and unusable since we moved in. The laundry facility won't accept payments. Neither of these services should be expected if you move here. PARKING: The website for guest parking is difficult to navigate if it will even load. TRASH: The dumpsters are located in a separate area that requires you to leave the complex and come back through a separate entrance. We pay for Valet service that we were originally told would run Sunday night through Wednesday night. They miss picking up trash several days a week.
