The community is good for the most part. Like many we came because of low rent but out apartment had a lot of problems. And now we realize it was not worth it. All the appliances are very old and thus very inefficient. The worst is out AC unit. The AC unit make a lot of noise and its vibration travel through the paper thin walls to make more noise. Its very difficult to sleep at night because of this. The maintenance guys refuse to accept that it is a problem and thus is not fixed. It also leaks sometimes. Other appliances are like stove, dryer and washer are also very old. Our electricity bill for some months is more than double than what we used to have at our previous 2b2b apartment of the same size. Would not recommend unless they guarantee new appliances or recently furbished home.

Love the location. The pool is top notch. Parking is easy for u and guest, plenty of it on my side. Nice nieghbors and clean property. Maintenace is very helpful and kind.

parking wise, we see less open parking and if rains lot of stagnent water near parking, maitaiance is good, noise wise we stay near the railway track so more noise there and grass cutter and blower come in the morning around 8 to 9 am and we will have important office calls though closed doors and balcony still lot of noise. staff is good and polite
