parking wise, we see less open parking and if rains lot of stagnent water near parking, maitaiance is good, noise wise we stay near the railway track so more noise there and grass cutter and blower come in the morning around 8 to 9 am and we will have important office calls though closed doors and balcony still lot of noise. staff is good and polite

The community itself is beautiful. Although the apartments are not new, they are good enough. The leasing agents are very polite; and mostly helpful. However, for upper managements of the office recently it feels like residents’ concerns are not being properly addressed or reasonably considered. Recently, we were automatically enrolled in the community’s renter’s insurance program after our lease renewal even though we already had an active personal insurance policy. At the same time, the coverage requirements were changed. I made multiple attempts to update my policy and provide documentation, but due to the storm situation, my insurance company (Lemonade) did not allow me to modify the coverage immediately. I have written confirmation from my insurance company stating this. As soon as I was able to update my policy, I did so and immediately uploaded the new documentation. Despite this, I was charged a $75 fee for being five days late. I communicated with the office and provided valid documentation showing that the delay was beyond my control. However, I was informed that management did not approve removing the charge. I requested reconsideration and included the community director in the email correspondence, but after that, I did not receive any further responses, and no one followed up with me. I respectfully disagree with the claim that this charge is justified under fair housing policy. My insurance coverage was active the entire time, and the delay in updating the policy was caused by circumstances outside of my control due to the storm. I have written proof from my insurance company confirming this. It is very disappointing to experience this, especially as a loyal and responsible CWS resident since 2019. Over the years, at least ten residents have chosen CWS communities based on my recommendation. Unfortunately, due to this experience and a few previous concerns, I no longer feel comfortable referring others.
