Good place to stay

It is a Good place to stay for families!

Very dirty

The concrete isnt sealed or anything and it absorbs all the trash liquids and is very gross. I have called the maintance and asked if they plan on powerwashing and they say its something they’re “considering” they honestly should have a powerwashing company in account to come in once a month and clean the sidewalks by the rooms its just a mess. RPM has ruined it, it was managed by another facility prior and they ran things much better
