not worth the cost

The cost here is not worth what you get. The amenities are not what you get in other complexes. There is always ALOT of trash on the grounds. The whole complex smells of weed. The pools are great, when they are open. The staff in the office are friendly though. Tons of animals left on the patios, even though it says in the addendum pets are not supposed to be left on the patios. Parking is good,

Quiet place

A quiet safe place with friendly neighbors. Maintenance is prompt. I've lived here for 5 years and every year, without fail, rent has increased.
