I have lived here for 4 months and absolutely love it! Its ticked away in a great location just 10 minutes from anythjng I need! 5 minutes from downtown Franklin ans 25 from Nashville. The community is safe and friendly. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, we’ve loved living here.
AC problem
My AC went out July 2. I called the office and I had a portable AC within the hour. The portable was great. My apartment was cooled quickly. The unit for my apartment was repaired by July 5. Great work maintenance department. Thank you.

WE JUST ENDED OUR 4 YEAR STAY. WE FOUND THAT YOUR RATE INCREASES WERE UNCOMPETITIVE. WE FOUND A BETTER VALUE OPTION EASILY. YOUR PROPERTY MAY BECOME MORE OF A TEMPORARY OPTION FOR RENTERS AND SHORTER STAYS MAY DAMAGE YOUR FAMILY-FRIENDLY REPUTATION. HOWEVER, THE OFFICE STAFF WAS ALWAYS COURTEOUS, RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. BOTH MEMBERS OF YOUR MAINTENANCE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT. THAT IS HARD FOR A PROPERTY TO HAVE AND KEEP THESE DAYS.
