I have lived at Ventana by the Lake for 1 year. You can't beat the location as I have a lake view from my balcony and love that I can have my cat. However, the units are old. When I moved in I was told that my unit had been renovated but it wasn't and still had old carpet. and unit smelled of cigarette smoke. Unit is next to dumpster which is out of control with everything from furniture that gets piled up on a regular basis to trash that is falling out.
