Love Monthaven Apartments. Staff are always super friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick to respond to problems. I do think the carpet could use replacing or swapped for hardwood, and that the windows were a little better at blocking out the noise. I believe it would be hard to find a better value for the size of the apartments and the amenities.

I've been here since late 2019 and I've really enjoyed calling Monthaven my home. The parking is decent, the noise is low, and the location is absolutely perfect. I have everything I need in a roughly 10 minute drive and I can't imagine a better living set up. When I call the office, Kara (Cara?) is SUPER friendly and always answers questions I have, no matter how simple they might be. I've loved getting to know the people in my community. The only complaint is the rent prices have gone WAY up. Considering that nothing about the apartment has changed since 2019, it's kind of a steep price but with an amazing location how can I really complain? Overall, I love living here!

Love the area, located near Nashville and day-to-day amenities. The apartment complex itself is okay. We personally live in near the front and on the second floor. The car lot across the street has a very loud motion-activated alarm system we were not privy to that frequently goes off between 10:30 PM and 3:00 AM. Additionally, there is A LOT of street noise that comes into the apartment; you will hear loud cars and trucks if you live near the front of the complex. Being on the second floor, we rarely hear our wall neighbors, but definitely hear the upstairs neighbor, so just keep that in mind when looking. The value for the apartment is pretty good for people looking for more space but wanting to be near Nashville. I will say, if you commute to Nashville during traditional work hours, be prepared for a lot of traffic heading into the city. For people with a reverse commute or just wanting to visit on the weekends/night, you'll be in and out of downtown within 20 min.
