I have lived here for almost two years, and have loved it! The apartment itself is a dream and we get so many compliments on its open layout and natural light. I love that our unit only shares one wall with our neighbors. I also love how spacious the patio in our unit is as I rarely see other complexes with patios as big as ours. I really appreciate how dilligent and communicative the maintenance has always been when we've had issues. So many of my friends have poor management of their apartment complexes, and it's such a blessing to not have that all too common issue here. About a year ago our washer stopped working, and the next day, maintenance came in with a brand new one without making it a hassle. I'm so grateful for the apartment life community here and all the nice ammenities we get to benefit from.

I have lived her over 3 years and I love many aspects of living here. Joy and Amanda are absolutely the best. They are very professional and kind. I love the monthly breakfasts, and game night! Maintenance keeps everything very clean. The salt water pool is awesome! I have recommended another couple and they moved in and love it here also. Freeman Webb is a great corporation and I moved from one of their properties in Jackson, TN to this location.

New here but staff have been very helpful with everything so far. Property itself is nice and well maintained. Layouts of apartments aren’t great though with doors that open to block toilets and vanities that block half the shower tub. Walk in closet in bathroom is awkwardly located.

I just moved in from the middle of nashville and I have to say it is such an improvement. This feels like a tranquil oasis, very little noise friendly neighbors and even friendlier staff!

I have lived here for 3 years and love it! The staff is great! Maintenance comes over very quickly and solves the issue, sometimes within the hour! When we moved in the appartment was nice and clean, with new carpet and freshly painted walls! Ammenities are nice too! The pool is great and well maintained.
