Upgrades Upgrades Upgrades!!! Rent going up. Same price as brand new apartments. Bristol Park has outdated old white appliances. Carpet all throughout the apartment (no good). The toilets need to be changed out for bigger ones. Current ones are too small. The gym elliptical and treadmills are old constantly throwing malfunctions. Great location, great layout, roomy apartment space, just need the upgrades.

For the most part I am happy with my experience here but recently started taking walks around the complex for exercise. I was shocked to see food and garbage around the buildings, as well as garbage, beer cans, and even used cat litter dumped along the tree line.
