500 Fifth Apartments
500 Rep John Lewis Way North, Nashville, TN 37219STUDIO $1,099+ 1 BED $1,395+ 2 BEDS $1,799 Property reviewsMy initial correspondence was with Sarah who is the On-Site Manager. She was more than responsive, she had remembered the type of apartment I was looking for and worked hard to make that happen for me. She has a very apparent commitment to excellence. Alexa is the Leasing Professional there. She gave me a tour and answered an annoying amount of questions of mine with a lot of patience and tact. The bldg maintenance engineer there is named Chris. He is friendly and clean cut. Only one of the two elevators was working when I moved in but they got that fixed quickly. My unit was clean with a new paint job. Absolutely great location with wonderful views of the captial or sounds stadium/views of the hill country north of town, depending which side of the bldg you're on. Better than the average apartment gym and laundry room. I do a lot of online shopping and have had issues with apartments misplacing my deliveries before but haven't had that issue here. I don't pay extra for parking and haven't had any issues finding parking so far.
Renewing my lease at 500 Fifth Apartments marks not just a continuation of residency but a celebration of the positive transformations and improvements that have unfolded over the past year. As I reflect on my decision to extend my stay, it’s evident that the changes implemented by the management team have significantly contributed to enhancing the overall living experience within the community. One of the most noticeable improvements since my initial move-in is the management team’s heightened responsiveness and dedication to addressing the needs of residents. Whether it’s a minor maintenance issue or a more significant concern, the management at 500 Fifth Apartments has consistently demonstrated a commitment to prompt resolution, ensuring that the living environment remains comfortable and well-maintained. I would love for management to organize regular social events and activities, providing opportunities for residents to connect, engage, and build meaningful relationships with one another. These gatherings have not only enriched my social life but have also contributed to a sense of belonging and connectedness within the community. As I look ahead to another year at 500 Fifth Apartments, I do so with excitement and confidence, knowing that I am part of a vibrant and thriving community that prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of its residents. The decision to renew my lease was an easy one, as the positive changes and improvements made by the management team have truly enhanced my living experience. Thanks to Sarah, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue calling 500 Fifth Apartments my home and look forward to the experiences and memories that lie ahead.

Harbor Island Apartments
444 Island Drive, Memphis, TN 381031 BED $1,394+ 2 BEDS $1,814+ 3+ BEDS $3,168+ Property reviewsLiving at Harbor Island is very peaceful.
Wonderful location with beautiful apartment interiors and great amenities. Having trash valet feels like such a luxury when they take it straight from outside your door for more than half the week. The pool is clean and well maintained, the gate access is simple and easy for guests as well. The area is quiet, with nearby greenery and (for my building) some great riverfront views. The dumpster/trash compacter (for larger trash) is even offset at a lower level so that you can just walk up to it and not have to lift over your head to get stuff in. Interior is reasonably spaced, great closets, counterspace, and cabinetry (including in the bathroom), the lighting is well thought out, and the water pressure is decent. 10/10, I think I'll be staying here for the entire four years of residency.

I haven’t moved in yet
coming upon 3 years. The apartments have seen better days. Its not well kept or maintained. Building need gutters replacing and vinyl siding is disgusting. mold covering entire stair case, and back building being ignore entirly! NOISE is a PROBLEM!!! Kids outside at really late, and really early mornings. NO PARKING due to multiple extra parked cars. I was givin a broke refridge when I transfer apartments and STILL have not had it adressed or changed out. Thats a really long back order.

We have lived here for over 2.5 years. Nicole and the the rest of the staff are second to none. The maintenance team are just the same. You send in a request for maintenance and they are on it fast. The grounds are well kept and the pool area is awesome. You are 10 to 15 minutes to anywhere in Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Hixson, Ringgold or Fort O. You can't find a better place to to call home
We enjoy living here. well taken care of place everyone is nice and great parking

The community is respectful, and the staff are helpful. The value for my apartment is excellent for its size and location. Not much in the way of amenities, but the savings from the lack of amenities is passed on to the tenant. Haven't had any major issues that require maintenance yet. Overall, a good exerience.
The Staff is very helpfull. The parking situation needs improvement.

Grand Island Apartments
300 Grand Island Dr, Memphis, TN 381031 BED $1,461+ 2 BEDS $2,312+ 3 BEDS $2,328+ Property reviewsGreat staff, lovely apartments, love that they are pet friendly.
I have lived in Grand Island for one year now and have just renewed my lease. I plan to live in these apartments for the next few years as they have been a great place to reside. The location is perfect and the renovated units are nice. It is a great place to walk my dog. I am in awe at how Grand Island seems to be one of the only apartments who is able to maintain power during storms on Mud Island. The only thing I would improve is the timing of maintenance requests.

Its been a great experience living here.
The Edge of Germantown is in a great location and the units are well sized. We had a 2 bedroom with fireplace. Anytime there was an issue the office staff and maintenance were quickly there. In the years I have rented there has never been an office staff as friendly, understanding and helpful. Janice, Shelby and Gabby get our special appreciation.

I believe the price is too expensive. There should be a gate added to the 1400 side. That is the side where most of the pedestrians that don't live at the apartments walk.

It's really quiet here. Don't have to worry about anybody bothering me, which I love the very nice place as well to live
I have lived at The Retreat at Indian Lake for almost three years now. It's not only quiet and cozy, but living here allows me to be close to restaurants, stores, shopping, etc..The apartments are the perfect size, the pool is always clean, and the maintenance here always take care of any issues if needed!! 5 stars for a job well done!!

The Tennessee Brewery
495 Tennessee Street, Memphis, TN 38103STUDIO $1,049 1 BED $1,184+ 2 BEDS $1,757+ Property reviewsI could not be happier with my decision to live here. I have consistently bugged the ladies in the office since the day I moved in, and they have handled each request efficiently and with a smile. The apartment itself is built extremely well. With the unit being new construction, I expected to find many issues right off the bat, but it's been the exact opposite. I toured many apartments throughout Memphis, and I am 100% satisfied with my choice to live at The Tennessee Brewery.
A fantastic new development with amazing views of the river and city skyline. The units vary depending on size due to previously existing supporting structures. The ceilings are high and natural. This week place is close to Beale Street and the new Malco movie theater.

It's been a fine place to live. Sure there have been a couple things that make me grumpy, like the fact that they halved the amount of washer and dryers in the laundry room. However that was to make way for the gym area. The parking isn't great but honestly it's east nahville. The parking won't be great. All in all I would say this place is worth living in for A year.
Easy living. Loved it here the first year. Noise is an issue lately. The people recently residing are making problems and are known to everyone. Never heard firearms here until this past summer. The folks making problems know when the office is closed. I regret to think that it’s coming down to filling units rather than keeping it as an affordable/creative community as advertised. The laundry units are barely working because grown poeple are abusing them. Again, had a good first year and renewed to stay another. I’m preparing to look elsewhere next yeat at this point. The office and maintenance personell have been exceptionable and have done nothing other than try to help and communicate to the resedents the agreements to what we signed to live here.
