So far everyone has been very lovely. I've loved working directly with Amberly!

    4.5/5 Anonymous on Sep 2, 2023

I've lived at Peyton Stakes for almost a year now, and it would take a lot to get me to leave. High ceilings, lots of natural light, nice finishes, very little noise from neighbors, staff and maintenance are very responsive, amenities are top notch plus some (hot tub, art studio, recording studio, ping pong table, pet grooming station). Plus, there's a park and greenway along the river less than a block away! A short walk to great coffee shops and restaurants, and only a few minutes more to a decent Kroger. Considering the amenities, location and surrounding hot spots, it's hard to beat. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I moved in 2 months ago and we absolutely love it! To start, Matt was very friendly and made our move in process seamless. Everything is brand new, modern, and clean. The property is well taken after and the location is unmatched. The pool is amazing and there are so many different areas throughout the property where you can hang out. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in Germantown!

We have loved our home! The property is always well kept, we never have noise complaints and it is located in a wonderful part of town.

I moved to this Property April 2022 and have had the best experience! I will touch base on the parking as it is a bit of an inconvenience, but if you follow the parking instructions it's pretty simple. And I've never had an issue finding space for me or my guest. The office staff have went above and beyond for me and I can't thank them enough. Great place to live!
