So far everyone has been very lovely. I've loved working directly with Amberly!

I've lived here since October 2022, and I really like it. I have a corner unit, so there's lots of natural light. Maintenance is responsive, and other than the occasional construction it's very quiet, especially at night. Love the amenities; wish the hot tub was open year-round. Happy with my choice :)

I am so excited to live at this property. After countless tours all over the city, I knew that I wanted to set my sights on Germantown. After touring this property it was a no brainer that I wanted to call Hume house my home. The amenities are gorgeous, the office staff are approachable and kind, and the apartments feel like home.

My experience this last year has been 90% phenomenal. The only complaints are have are only because I'm a social person. There is limited guest parking and only allowed 2 pool guests. Otherwise, my apartment is amazing, the staff are great, and the amenities make me feel like I've made it in life while making an average salary.

    5/5 Crystal T. on Apr 23, 2023

My experience has been great from the quality in structure to the friendly accommodating staff! Young professionals who care about where they live - very well kept.
