After looking for a month and not finding the right home to buy in Nashville I moved into Rivertop in October 2025 after asking Hunter to show me apartments with the most beautiful views. I couldn't be happier with the view, privacy, staff, amenities and peacefulness of the community. Maintenance was extremely responsive to my move-in list of requests and I have enjoyed the smart doorlock, community "events" and the ease of using the Spruce cleaning services. Good Job RiverTop team!! Keep up the great work.

Could be an absolutely stunning property if maintenance and the team showed a little care. Units will go down hill fast, when we moved in dryer and washer didnt work and the amount of paint splatter on the ground i have never seen that much. Hopeful someone will show initiative and make this place great again.
