Great Place to Live

This complex has been very low maintenance and a pleasure to live at! Staff is very helpful and quick to address needs. Only downside was hearing my Neighbor’s kid screaming crying at all hours :/ Other than that, highly suggest this community.

Review of MAA Nashville West

My family and I moved here in 2021 and our first year at the complex was great. When we had maintenance issues they were fixed in a timely manner and the maintenance staff was friendly. Then about a year ago or so management changed and maintenance staff changed as well and the maintenance staff is not friendly, they always seem to have an attitude when they come and repair things. We have been dealing with mold in our hallway bathroom for the last 3 years and all that has been done is cleaning with bleach only for it it show back up. I have complained several times only to have a maintenance worker tell me they were not going to clean it and that it was mildew and I felt he was extremely rude. We have tried using the vent in the bathroom which does not even work properly, we have opened the window, we have tried evertything and the bathroom is still nasty filthy looking with mold all over the walls and ceiling. Just our last two years here have not been pleasant. It took 2 months to finally get a new garbage disposal after calling several times because the sink would randomly clog up on a consistent basis. We have just become unhappy here but unfortunately are not able to move just yet. I hope since we just renewed out lease that things can maybe be better. We pay so much a month and do not seem to get help with things that need to be repaired or looked into. We hope for the best in this lease renewal.
