I relocated here a few months back. I took a chance, applied, and secured my unit prior to even seeing it! When I arrived, I was blown away about the upkeep, customer service, and warm welcome! The apartments surpassed my expectations and still is now that I am officially settled in! Not to mention, Brittany has been an absolute pleasure from Day 1 and still counting! My only regret is not moving sooner! (By the way, this is not a paid review.)

Nothing about this apartment complex was above ordinary. Maintenance was the downfall of the property. Never were timely about fixing issues, made issues worse than when they started, and were kind of rude. Apartment was spacious and had a good layout. Trash was the worst part of living here, very inconvenient and unkept. Overall 5/10

Anytime I’ve had a question or an issue, they’ve been more than willing to help and make sure things are taken care of. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, often within 24 hours, which really speaks to how well the property is managed. It’s reassuring to know that concerns are addressed promptly. I highly recommend MAA Nashville West for its convenient location, spacious apartment layouts, and the staff's overall friendliness and professionalism. It’s a place that truly feels like home.
