Pet Policy

Our community is centrally located near all the places that will make your furry family members absolutely Yappy! Your new home is only minutes from your choice of Parks, Creeks, Gourmet Pet Treat Bakeries, Groomers, Doggie Day Care, Veterinary and Animal Hospital Facilities, and last but not least a "Big Box" pet supply store or two! If you decide to keep things a little more relaxed, you can take advantage of Preston Run's Dog Park. Afterward Fifi, Fluffy, or Lassie can prance on into the Clubhouse for a little afternoon Treat and a Smile! Pets Welcome Upon Approval. The pet(s) must be on a leash and under the control of a responsible person. Leash must be securely in the possession of a responsible person. Tenant agrees to remove the pet(s) from the leased premises if the pet(s) becomes a nuisance or annoyance or interferes with the rights or quiet enjoyment of other tenants, or if Landlord shall subsequently revoke this consent. Pet (s) must be and remain current on vaccinations. Pet(s) must be 1 year of age or older and spayed or neutered.Failure to register a pet will result in a $500 fine per unauthorized pet. Pet sitting and/or visiting is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine per animal. Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fine per instance. Leaving the area prior to removing pet waste is not allowed. Pet waste bags are provided. Dogs that are prone to aggression must be muzzled when outside the leased premises. Lunging, jumping, and growling are considered aggressive regardless of being on a leash or responsible person control. *May not be a complete list.
