What others love about this property:
House but not home
I have lived here for some time and the staff is very unresponsive. I try repeatedly emailing and calling trying to get something accomplished and even appearing in oerson does not get a friendly reaponse except for Reginald. Also, the hallways should be leaf-blown and grounds picked up regularly. I feel like I live in a dump.
Room For Improvement
I have been waitin for over 2 months for a new trash can for the trash valet service that we pay for monthly. I have raised this concern to management and we still don’t have a trash can. Ours was taken when they painted the breeze way. The trash can they returned was nasty and not ours. I take great care of things that I use. I even offered to pay for a new one. Now we are receiving emails that state we will be charged $25 a day for every time our trash isn’t in the proper container when management told us to just leave it by the door. There are people that live above us that sound like they are moving furniture every night. My roommate was stalked by a guy in a gold car while she was running in the complex. When she ran passed his car she smelled weed. My roommate and I are good renters and just want to have a good experience living here but that is becoming a challenge daily. There are people who live buildings down from us but use the parking in front of our building. While I am completely aware there will always be challenges I would at least like to see resolution instead of emails stating they will charge us for the direction we were given by management.
Great apartment complex to live near Nashville TN
I have lived in this apartment complex for over 10 year! This is a great location to live and a relatively short commute to Nashville!. I enjoy living in my complety renovated apartment with new appliances, new cabinets , new wood floor and new bed room carpets to name a few! Management, maintenance crew, and office staff are nice and great professionals that provide good services for the tenants of this apartment complex! Last but not least rent is lower than other apartments in this area!
Good Staff, Good Maintenance Team, Good Location, but...
The office staff is good. The maintenance staff is good, and they are quick to reply and address issues. Also, the location is great. My only gripes are the lack of parking and the complex in general isn't well lit at night.
Review
For the most part is okay to live here. We do have a pretty nosy lady upstairs and there is a car that consistently revs up their engine. I do like the location but there are definite improvements that can be made. For the most part the staff is very accommodating but they are overwhelmed and could use some additional staff. For corporate, please take the time to care about your employees. They don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
