Amenities - The pool seems like it will no longer be installed, but the playground was updated along with picnic tables. The laundry room was vandalized over 1 1/2 years ago so you're lucky to find a working, clean dryer. The machine #s are wrong so you can not use the app only quarters. Outer home appearance - concrete was attempted to power wash but continually stained by ashes and trash. Some parking sections I don't believe were finished being repainted a year ago. They are faded and covered in mud so nothing too great to look at upon arrival. Inner home appearance - I was not able to be shown a tour before purchase. I was given a few days notice to move in that week not months. Moving in the entire apartment was under construction. The counters are cracked even though I was told thats normal to happen but since day 1? The carpet still has glue on it in spots even though it should be new? Brown recluse issues and gnats in the kitchen if trash not removed within the day. The apartment does NOT appear repainted /paint isn't finished behind corners and doors/ counter paint stains easily and rubs off like water. Bathroom has poor air insulation after showers so the mirror looks like its tarnished/moldy. Bathtub porcelain is an easily scratch able off white color that doesn't get clean after attempting to do so. I happen to know a tenant who used to live in my exact apartment and the way she described it over 8 years ago is the same as it is now. That is important to include because the front door frame panel is still stripped on the entire side and I have been told the door can easily be kicked in.
