Parking is okay. Sometimes I cant find good parking by my apartment due to no parking spaces available at all after a certain time at night which leaves me feeling the urgency to get back home by that time or before then to ensure that I have the available parking for me by my own apartment. Its been a struggle. The amenities are great however, then the environment here isnt bad either and the people who also reside here as well that arent bad either. Just the parking would be the only thing Id say something about. And the way that i have found multiple piles of pet waste by my windows and porch area, about 12 piles I have found just now right next to my bedroom window and the porch area. My apartment is located at building 2 and the back area by the trash compactor and its also a camera that has a clear view of the space im talking about. However, theres so many piles of pet waste thats not being picked up and its becoming an issue as Im not really wanting to smell that right as I open my bedroom window or my porch door. Also, my children do pwu outside too and its literally every where we step outside of this apartment here and not being taken care of by the owners of the pet as it should. I have multiple pictures i have taken of the issue here and id really like to get this issue rectified with the other residents here.

We have a dog barking around 12:00 most nights, and landscaping started aeound 6:45 on Wednesday morning.

Good experience living here. The smarthub app and my access code to get in amnenties doesnt work properly and ive tried calling the SmartRent company to resolve it but it hasnt work.

Always alot of cars in the parking lot but dont see the neighbors too often. Not much noise besides the low hum of the train down the block and cars on the highway.
