Eight Year Tenant

While I know this is a first world problem….. I have lived in my complex in Franklin since the beginning of 2016. It has always been well kept and an enjoyable place to live. The last two years it has hit rock bottom. Last year the pools weren’t opened because a permit and repairs were not requested in time. When we went to the pool it was filthy, not repaired, garbage everywhere and the bathrooms with no power. This year….. well see for yourself. I miss our previous leasing staff who gave care and didn’t respond with “I don’t know” as answers. I’ve NEVER seen a pool green here and why are we repairing still on Memorial Day weekend? It’s warm here come March….. Almost every amenity has issues. WHAT DO THEY SHOW FOR A PROPERTY TOUR???!!!!!

I'd be happy to share my experience living here. I've been living in this apartment for about *********, and I've really enjoyed my time here. I love the location, which is close to everything I need, including work, shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment complex is also very well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. ere are some of the things I like most about this community: The location is perfect. I'm within walking distance of everything I need, and it's also a short drive to the highway. The apartment complex is well-maintained. The grounds are clean and well-kept, and the apartments are always clean and in good repair. The staff is friendly and helpful. They're always quick to respond to maintenance requests, and they're always willing to help out with anything I need. The amenities are great. There's a gym, a pool, a laundry facility, and a dog park on site. Overall, I would definitely recommend living here. It's a great place to live, and I've really enjoyed my time here. Here are some specific examples of things I've enjoyed about living here: I love being able to walk to work. It's a great way to start my day, and it saves me time and money on transportation. I've made a lot of friends in the neighborhood. There are a lot of young professionals living here, and we've all gotten to know each other through the apartment complex's events and activities. I love taking advantage of the amenities. I use the gym regularly, and I love relaxing by the pool on the weekends. I'm sure there are some people who wouldn't like living here. For example, if you're looking for a quiet, secluded place to live, this might not be the best option for you. However, if you're looking for a vibrant, active community with great amenities, I would definitely recommend living here.
